• Provides telephone support to the unit - Answers telephone courteously and in a timely manner:
    • States his/her name and the unit.
    • Records and distributes messages to the intended.
  • Calls for appointments, writes on unit calendar, and informs nurse and family. Calls Alert for transportation and documents it.
  • Files into the medical record, all returned, signed physician orders.
  • Thins charts as needed, and files the pulled records in the appropriate cabinet on the unit - sets up new charts for new admissions.
  • Inputs information into clinical software system to enable the printing of a resident face sheet.
  • Assists in the restorative dining program - will assemble those residents on the restorative dining program, and assist them as per the plan of care.
  • Will relieve the front desk receptionist for breaks and lunch.
  • Qualifications

  • High School Graduate.
  • Prior Nurse Aide training preferred.

    The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
