Regional Manager
National Spine & Pain Centers, one of the nation's largest interventional pain management practices, is seeking a Regional Manager to support our New York and New Jersey area locations.
The Regional Director of Operations has accountability for managing cross functional operational elements of NSPC. This position will be responsible for ensuring overall operations of the one or more regions including but not limited to; operational astuteness, achieving financial goals, develop and implement strategic plans to overcome any said obstacles and supervision of Area Managers. Foster a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company.
Successful candidates will possess the following:
Bachelors degree
Minimum of 10 years experience on hands experience in healthcare and in a corporate financial environment.
Ability to present information to providers and staff of the organization.
Must be driven and highly motivated.
Performs all duties in an independent manner with minimal direction and supervision.
Excellent organizational/multi-tasking skills with acute attention to detail.
Capability to work in a fast paced and demanding environment, while demonstrating resourcefulness and proactivity.
Recognizes and performs duties which need to be performed, although not directly assigned.
Possess skills to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations with limited standardization.
Ability to maintain complete confidentiality of information at all times.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
Must have satisfactory background check inclusive of driving, criminal, employment reference, education, and social security.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
