Dean's is seeking a part-time Nutrition Associate to join our Nutrition team. We are looking for a passionate individual who has a desire to share knowledge with our customers, to help educate, inspire and create a desireable environment that is well stocked at all times.
Qualifications include:
Previous management experience (minimum 3 years)
Proven ability to create amazing customer service experiences for each customer encountered
Knowledge of nutrition, vitamins, health and beauty aids
Ability to work with a sense of humor, in small quarters with a great team
Ability to stock shelves including lifting, opening, counting, reviewing orders for accuracy, placing on shelves
Keen eye for merchandising
Willing worker, action-oriented
Problem-solver/solution-based thinker
Ability to strategize, plan, project, order and fulfill department needs
Previous buying experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Tenacity and perseverance

This position requires being on the sales floor for the duration of the shirt, interacting with and educating customers, it it requires; the ability to bend, reach, lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods of time (the full shift), ability to read/write, communicate effectively with our customers.
