As a family owned business we appreciate our employees and provide a clean, friendly, safe, and healthy work environment Lube Technicians $16-$18 per hour plus monthly incentive plan Job responsibilities include but not limited to greeting and writing up customers, changing oil and oil filters, tire rotations, wiper blade and light bulb installation, radiator fluid service, gear box fluid service, power steering fluid service, fuel injection cleaning, air filter, cabin filter, and fuel filter replacements.
On the job training available, we hire the attitude and train the skill.
Auto Technicians/Customer Service Adviser $18-$21 per hour plus monthly incentive plan Job responsibilities same as Lube Technician also to include assisting the manager in daily operations and employee development ensuring efficiencies and customer service standards are met.
This position will require services on the floor 90% of the time and performing administrative duties 10% of the time.
Requirements for all team members:
Have a positive attitude.
Provide customer service in a friendly manner and the ability to be a team player.
Enjoy working with others in a fast-paced environment with care and execution.
Have the ability to learn and be responsible for your actions.
Have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Have full body mobility and be able to twist, turn, bend at the waist, squat, and go up and down stairs.
Starting pay based on experience.
