Responsibilities:
Active, unencumbered New Jersey LPN license Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
Administer medication and perform treatments, as assigned per physician's orders, in accordance with resident's care plan and within scope of practice.
Accurately report and record residents' condition and care including signs and symptoms which can be indicative of change.
Perform all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
