Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome patients and families upon admission with a friendly and professional attitude Daily check ins & follow up with patients to keep an open line of communication & rapport Provide accurate information about facility, procedures, services, and policies Resolve patient complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate department if necessary Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless experiences for patients and visitors Other duties assigned by administrator Ability to work independently or part of a group.
Communication skills, both written and verbally Strong time management skills Background in customer service or hospitality Customer Service Ambassador Schedules &
