Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot building mechanical problems.
Perform miscellaneous repairs, scheduled, and preventative maintenance on equipment ensuring satisfactory operations.
Working knowledge of electrical systems, various heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems.
Follow established safety rules, policies, and procedures of the maintenance department.
Other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Director and Administrator.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work independently or part of a group.
Computer knowledge.
Previous long term care experience is preferred but not required.
