A minimum of 3 years experience as a paralegal handling personal injury matters is required.
Prior experience with medical malpractice is preferred.
Responsibilities will include working with our attorneys in preparing various pleadings such as complaints and motions, managing all aspects of discovery inlcuding expert correspondence and speaking with clients about their cases.
Salary discussions will be commensurate with the applicant's experience.
