Job Summary The Social Media & Engagement Manager is a fundamental connection between iPEC's audiences and the internal team.
You will be the primary point of contact for social conversations at the top of the sales cycle.
In practice, this role will impact the lives of our future students and customers through strategic placements, influencer strategies, community engagement, lead generation, and the sales cycle.
You will be responsible for developing creative campaigns that will be used to engage in meaningful conversations with prospective students at the beginning of the sales cycle.
This role is designed for an individual with a creative and analytical spirit, an extensive social media background, and an ability and desire to create exciting new opportunities.
Duties/
Responsibilities:
Responsible for development, scheduling and management of social content on all of our active social media channels Help write and direct the graphic creation of social media content Responsible for identifying and planning thought leadership to be used as content strategy on social media including but not limited to the development of blogs and podcasts Evaluate and measure the success of external social media campaigns based on established goals; use data to make recommendations for changes/improvements to campaigns and overall social content calendar.
Proactively grow our current (and potentially new) social channels, following and engagement by providing channel specific and appropriate content, responding to comments, and monitoring engagement with our targeted audiences.
Recommend paid strategy based on organic results and boosting content strategically Moderation of messages and comments during and after work hours for all social platforms and directing inquiries to student support, admissions team, or prospective strategic partnerships as applicable Contribute to the development of our Social Influencer strategy program Create and moderate externally facing Facebook and LinkedIn Live events Innovate our approach to attract suitable audiences through Social Media Marketing and by co-creating new, integrated opportunities with your peers, managing other channels (For instance social, ambassador, paid search Effectively navigate frequent changes and/or unexpected events with an anabolic energetic contribution to the tasks at hand as well as to the team.
Accept other responsibilities as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Proficiency in relevant computer applications (Microsoft Suite, Hubspot, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn) Tech-savvy and able to understand how to use CRM/Sales systems and workflows in support of your strategy Facebook ads platform certified preferred Education and
Experience:
Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and/or Business 3
years experience with a proven track record in using organic and paid social media in a sales cycle Strategic Mindset, able to translate strategies into tactics iPEC Certified Professional Coach (CPC) is a bonus but not required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
